Our Practice

Bramley Village Health and Wellbeing Centre, Cottingley GP Surgery and Middleton Park Surgery is a primary care partnership between Dr Mark Fuller and Mr Methven Forbes.

Together they employ over 40 staff members to help deliver primary medical services to patients living in Bramley, Cottingley, Middleton and beyond.

Our three locations have approximately 13,000 patients registered combined. For more information about the GP Surgery, our clinical services, how to register and our staff please read on.

Any patient in the UK can register with us and benefit from our full range of services except from home visits.  Registering, is fast, easy and simply. To register, click on the button below for guidance.
