Who we are

Bramley Village Health and Wellbeing Centre is an innovative GP Practice situated in the West of Leeds.  Formerly known as The Highfield Medical Centre, the Practice was re-launched  in 2018 with the aim of improving the health and wellbeing of families, young people and adults of all ages living in the local community.

Our Practice

Bramley Village Health and Wellbeing Centre is a primary care partnership between Dr Mark Fuller and Mr Methven Forbes.

Together they deliver primary medical services for the surrounding community in Bramley and the wider area. The Surgery has approximately 5,000 patients registered. For more information about the GP Surgery, our clinical services, how to register and our staff please read on.

We want to ensure that you can access and understand information.  This applies to patients and their carers who have information and/or communication needs relating to disability, impairment or sensory loss.  If you have an information or communication need, please let us know by downloading a form here, completing it and then dropping it off at our reception desk.
